Protein Intake Tracker
Log the protein in the food you eat and keep one clear total for each day. Nutrio is for a quick record you can return to, not a meal plan.
Free to use during early access.
Keep each entry close to the meal
Add a food, its protein grams, and the day you ate it. Nutrio saves the entry to your account and adds it into that day’s total. Set a daily protein goal when you want a reference for the day.
- Enter a meal in seconds from its label or recipe.
- Choose today or another date when you log it later.
- Remove an entry when you need to correct the record.

A straightforward record of your protein
Everything in Nutrio is tied to your own account.
Daily totals
See the grams from all entries logged for today in one number.
Food-level entries
Keep the foods and meals behind each total, rather than only a final number.
Edit by removal
Remove an entry that was added by mistake and the total recalculates.
History by day
Review recent entries grouped by the day they were logged.
Look back without reconstructing the day
The history page groups your recent entries by date and shows a total alongside the foods that made it up. It is a record of what you logged, not a nutritional assessment.
- Recent entries stay private to your account.
- Each day shows its total and individual foods.
- Totals update when you remove an incorrect entry.
A day in your history
Each row keeps the food and its protein amount together, so the daily total has a clear record behind it.
